Sebastián Castrillón is a cellist and composer whose music explores extended cello techniques, textural soundscapes and rhythmic structures inspired by Latin American musical traditions.
Mostly instrumental, his work also incorporates singing and poetry in Spanish, creating poetic connections between the natural world and introspective emotional states.
His live performance brings together experimental cello playing, rhythm, voice and atmosphere in a deeply personal and immersive sound world.
