Description
The now‑traditional Christmas concert once again invites the audience to immerse themselves in familiar melodies. This year Maria Lund, Tomi Metsäketo and Teemu Roivainen take the stage together with a 9‑member top orchestra conducted by Jukka Nykänen to bring the audience the most anticipated Christmas tunes. An unforgettable concert evening awaits, where the performers will impress even the most demanding listener with their professional skill. Maria, Tomi and Teemu interpret both traditional and newer Christmas songs with art and style. The program includes songs that belong to Christmas: among them Sylvia’s Christmas Song, O Holy Night, Christmas Night, Festive Night, Let Christmas Come and Into My Heart I Make Christmas, as well as brighter and more rhythmic holiday pieces that create a festive atmosphere. The gentle candlelight, striking set design, beautiful trees and carefully crafted lighting create genuine Christmas magic in the concert hall. Quotes from audience feedback: “Beautiful whole and the artists superb.” “Among many Christmas concerts this is always a safe choice.” “The ticket price is quickly forgotten, but the concert stays in memory for a long time.” Come pause for a moment amid the rush of Christmas and experience a concert that many start their own holiday with. Warmly welcome!
