Description
Helsinki Ornithologists was formed in Sörkä Ruusu's jazz jam sessions in early 2026 – out of a love for the rhythmic tradition of bebop and hard‑bop jazz.
Antti Vuorenmaa (Andy Hilland) – guitar
Tommi Vainikainen – drums
William Tarvainen – double bass
In addition to the core trio, the Juttutupa gig features the younger‑generation piano lion Pessi Pohjola.
